Why it matters
Skipped or generic maintenance is the most common reason German cars develop expensive failures. Following the factory schedule keeps warranties valid and protects resale value.
Frequently asked questions
How often does my German car need service?
Most Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi models call for service every 10,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. We check your model's exact interval.
Will independent service void my warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act you can service your car at an independent shop, as long as the work follows the manufacturer's specification — which ours does.
What oil do you use?
Only oil that meets your manufacturer's approval (for example MB 229.5, BMW LL-01 or VW 502/504 specs) — never a generic fill.
